Senior Account Manager

The Role

We are looking for a commercially savvy Senior Account Manager to join our growing team. As the cornerstone of our client services function, reporting into a client partner, you’ll build and nurture client relationships, manage seamless project delivery, and maintain high standards across every campaign. This role is ideal for someone with a strong grasp of the full marketing mix, experience working with cross-functional teams, and an eye for detail.


Key Responsibilities

  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and deepen profitable client relationships, understanding their challenges, needs and goals while delivering consistent value.

  • Project Oversight: Plan, manage, and execute projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and deliverables meet Logic+Magic’s quality standards.

  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with strategy, creative, digital, and production teams to ensure integrated, high-quality project delivery.

  • Strategic Insight: Apply a thorough understanding of the marketing mix to support and implement client-focused strategies.

  • Commercial Acumen: Manage project budgets and profitability, ensuring both client satisfaction and agency financial goals.

  • Quality Assurance: Uphold high standards for accuracy and attention to detail across all client deliverables.


Technical Requirements

  • Proven experience (5+ years) in an account management role within a marketing agency or similar environment.

  • Strong experience working with Retail, CPG, Healthcare, and Charity brands is advantageous.

  • High proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite, with strong capabilities in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

  • Strong understanding of the full marketing mix, including digital, content, social media, branding, and offline marketing.

  • Exceptional relationship-building skills and a client-first approach to account management.

  • Commercially minded with the ability to monitor project profitability and drive value for clients.

  • Supreme time management skills, with the ability to manage your own time and those of others efficiently 

  • Strategic thinker, able to question and extend client briefs 

  • Positive, resilient, confident, and curious, with a drive for continuous improvement and adaptability.
