Relaunching Superdrug Mobile
Superdrug came to us asking for our assistance in relaunching Superdrug Mobile with a new look and personality.
The strategy
By thinking differently with the creative, we were able to differentiate the brand and product for maximum impact and increase sales across all core platforms.
The solution
Our character ‘Super SIM’ became our hero and allowed us to convey the key brand and product messages in a fun, engaging way. We chose a clean, bold colour palette for cut-through in the busy store environment. As part of the re-launch we designed and created PoS, in store displays, staff training videos and full design guidelines. We re-visited the branding in 2023, to ensure our creative remained fresh and impactful - adding colour gradients, simplifying typography treatment and designing a new logo.
The impact
SIMs were flying! Our relaunch was hugely successful - the Superdrug customer became much more engaged with the product and our PoS continues to be distinctive in store.
